Investment
Maquette Creation
After your first consultation, your sculpture begins with an initial maquette, a small- scale sculpture created to refine form, composition, and expression. This sketch will be the basis for the final piece.
Full-size Clay Sculpture
A full-size clay masterpiece is sculpted from the maquette. Spencer’s skill, attention to detail, and unparalleled artistry are the difference, ensuring that your sculpture is ready for centuries of admiration.
Bronze Casting & Assembly
Through our expert foundry process, using the lost wax casting method, we create a mold which is poured in wax and then cast in bronze. The metal is then chased to ensure timeless detail, and finally a patina is applied to protect and beautify the statue.
